With the world elite in Tryon at the start

On Thursday, the 14th of September, it was finally ready for Dia and Tatiana in Tryon. They started in the Grand Prix. Dia was again improved in the impressive environment under a concentrated and purposeful Tatiana. With 69.5 percent, she reached a 35th place. Although they did not qualify for the Grand Prix Special, we were all very happy with the couple's improved performance.

Artikel Tryon 01Single-minded and focused, it goes into the test

After the first 38 starters on Wednesday, it was clear that the best in the world were at the start. The judges raised the bar very high. Anyone who wanted to get a good score here had to make an effort, especially if he does not have a name yet. 68 percent, so the assessment before the start of the exam, would be a great result for Dia and Tatiana.

There were more percent. Tatiana mastered the challenge excellently. The mare entered the arena quite nervously. But Tatiana was able to motivate her to participate with determination and clarity and to concentrate on her help. The discussion cost some points in the first trot-diagonal, but was right. And it went really good then. In the strong trot, the traversals, in the passage and piaffe, there were high scores over seven. The strong step even received an average of eight, the best step of the entire exam. The 9 flying changes every 2nd stride worked perfectly, jumped well and straight. As well liked the changes every stride. Unfortunately, Dia added over motivated two flying changes of her own initiative. Rums: 5.5 points. The overall result was great at 69.5 percent. Place 35 of 77 starters. The participation and the high effort had paid off. We now know more exactly where we are internationally and also know where the training sites are. And we realized once again that other mothers also have beautiful daughters.

Artikel Tryon 02At the end of the test Tatiana was well satisfied.

It was a lot of fun to watch the event. There were a number of fantastically beautiful horses in the highest demands to admire. Even young horses such as the nine-year-old Mount St John Freestyle under Charlotte Dujardin could impress.
